This retail design project for Madreamiga in Mercado de San Miguel (Madrid) develops a bakery and coffee space focused on operational efficiency and product display in a high-turnover environment.

The layout is organized around a central counter that concentrates all working areas—coffee, bakery, churros and service—facilitating internal workflows and improving team efficiency. The distribution allows clear product visibility from the exterior, reinforcing attraction within the market context.

The design combines robust construction solutions with functional materiality, where stainless steel, marble and lacquered elements ensure durability and easy maintenance. Custom commercial furniture integrates storage, machinery and display into a single continuous system.
